This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms & Conditions.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

International shipping beyond these regions is not available at this time.

***For Canadian customers, please be advised you are responsible for any customs clearance related fees associated with your order.

SEASONAL HOLIDAYS & SALES CAMPAIGNS

Please Note: orders processing times may vary and temporarily increase due to the high demand during certain sales campaigns and seasonal holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided via email and/or online shipment notification(s). If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each individual shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Shipping addresses cannot be changed. 

TAXES & DUTIES

United Stated States

Import duties are included in the price. Sales and other applicable taxes are automatically calculated and added at checkout for each delivery state's respective tax rates. 

SHIPPING RATE

We offer free Standard Shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders of $99.00 or higher. For orders below $99.00 within the contiguous United States, standard shipping rates apply. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada do not qualify for free shipping and will incur standard shipping fees. All orders are shipped the same working day if placed before 2 PM; orders placed after 2 PM will ship the following working day. Estimated delivery times are 3–4 working days within the U.S. and 6–10 working days for Canada.
